www.rayaracing.com and osracketracing.com. I have used both. My P5 was pinched by rayaracing and has about 3 gallons on it since the resizing and shows NO signs of giving up anytime soon. Later |

How can I really tell that my sleeve needs to be re-pinched anyway? I feel a slight resistance when going tdc with the glow plugs out on non-operating temp. What is the ideal fitting for the sleeve after two gallons? |

i have engines with 16 gallon on them with the same piston and liner .most engines that are worn will cut out when at normal operating temp ... if you want to be top notch then when the engine is at 220f with the glow plug in use the thumb and index finger and turn the flywheel when the piston hits tdc if there is little to no resistance then its time to do something.......if your not sure head for a guy at your local track there is always one |
