Has anyone ever tried 4 degrees of rear toe in? What would be the downside? I am thinking about trying it so I can put more power down on corner exit without fear of spinning out. I am also wondering if the 0-2 degree antisquat plate is the exact same size and thickness as the one that comes with the XB8TQ or does it require more spacers or a different size pin? Anyone ever found the need to run less than 2 degrees of antisquat? |

anti squat plate will fit you need to use the old xb8 pins and no spacers. reguards the toe in it can work sometimes ok but having tried the new front diff gear id go with it first and 3 toe in 4 deg can also make the car swing more on corner entry and loose the tail as well depends on the surface your racing on |

Are you talking about the new 38T front diff gear? How do you like it and what does it do? Can you notice a big difference? |

yes. it seems to allow the car to pull more in the directions the steering is going i found that i had to go up to the 1.1mm clutch spring and be a little more aggressive to see a difference |

Thanks so are the pins on the old XB8 a different thickness or a different length or both? And is the old plate itself thicker or narrower? |

The old hingepins are shorter; the old blocks are the same, just not milled out like the new ones are to allow the bushing to seat further into the block and accommodate the longer hingepins & spacer. |
