this is my first Ray kit and i tried to read most of the tips and the search thing but nothing. anyway my front swaybar is slightly touching the out drives when the front is off the ground and very close at ride height, any ideas? |

k i figured it out..i did not have enough threads showing on the swaybar linkage. |

Hi, You must bent it outward a bit (with your hands only), otherwise the diff cups could bent the front stabilizer. Regards Joaquim |

yep, just need to do some more adjustment on the linkage. a little tricky but you can handle it. Take your time. Very tight tolerances on the buggy. take a look at your rear driveline and the clearance that is inbetween the motor mount and rear brace, very close. you'll know immediately if you bend a driveline or loose a cvd. the swaybar setup on the front is the same way, it should/could be very close, but not touch the outdrives. I could see where if you were using the plastic braces it could touch. (chassis flex on a rough track) |

Hi, I had one crazily bent on one side before. I now bent it just a very little bit, about 1 to 2mm away front the diff cups, it will effect how it should be but stabilizer remains in shape after a race. Regards Joaquim |
