I depends on what the fuel maker does. The content will be posted on the bottle. As far as the content, the contents are not really not related and are totally dependent on the total volume. Fuel that has 8% oil and 35% nitro has the same amount of oil as fuel that has 8% oil and 15% nitro. More oil it should run a little hotter. More nitro will make it run a little cooler just because the nitro will cool it a little more... Also, the tune will change with every little thing you may change on the motor, i.e. the pipe, plug, fuel, weather etc. Just be sure to keep the temp around 200-220 as ironman was saying. |

Grayalf, I would advice to steer away from fuels that use coloring such as Blue Thunder as they tend to leave residue inside the engine. They say that it's protection coating but I've seen engines using it just get blue goo gunked up with it. Try using clear fuels as they burn better giving you better H.P. output i.e. O'Donnell, Byron's, and Maxy's. (They also have better castor nitro ratio. |
