If you are looking for a great engine with lots of power @ a great price. Look at these...... Collari WRXLC21B3 http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_inf ... ts_id/2269 Novarossi T21BF http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_inf ... ts_id/3245 Both of these mills are under $200.00. The other engines recomended are great motors as well. Your choice however I run the BF for club racing and it does very well. My buddy runs the B3 and that engine is good too. |

The O.S.RG would definately be my choice for a beginner. Cheap, easy to tune, and reliable. Very good engines. If you wanna step it up a bit, get the P-5. Also reliable and easy to tune. Used by many racers, the best motor if you are gonna race and want an engine that will consistently start, and run. I've had 4 P-5's, and they all ran great. Not 1 problem i can think of. The XB8 is a light buggy, so a decent motor will get it rollin' at a good speed. You don't need a super-modified-expensive motor to go fast with the XB8, but it doesn't hurt either. ![]() ![]() |
