If it broke off blush then it shouldn't be that tight if you used the correct screw when it was installed. Sometimes you can take a 1.5mm wrench tip, put a SMALL amount of CA on it and then let it dry completely while you hold it against the screw body. If you are lucky it will unscrew. You have to use the smallest amount of CA so you don't get it in the threads. The other solution would be to ding the center of the screw body (using a center punch), then drill it with a 1.5mm bit, just deep enough to get a reverse thread tap. Then you can just use a reverse thread screw and it will come out. Did it break off when you tried to remove the screw? If so, then you tightened the screw too much installing it. XRAY's taper angles are precisely engineered and require only slightly torqing the screw. |

if you have an electric welder earth the brace and hold the stick to the screw get someone to turn the welder on and off real quick this will arc the screw to the welding rod . |

when i say mine is broken too i mean like this : you can see a white line in the middle showing that it is broken. sorry it's blur but i hope i get the meaning of it. |
