I really want to get an XB8 , but am torn between XB8R and XB8, but now there is the XB8TQ. When will the XB8TQ be available in the UK, or should I buy in the USA. Would I be able to buy an XB8R and then upgrade to the TQ in one Kit Please help. I have tried my local shop who had no idea when iot was coming, at this rate it may be the Hyper8 |

If you are new to off-road the XB8R is the best choice for you. If you look for the most premium buggy, then you should wait some short time for the XB8-TQ. All of the parts are fully compatible between XB8, XB8R and XB8-TQ. |

Hi Mario and thanks, Will I be able to buy a set of parts to take a XB8R to the TQ version once I have progressed. I am new to IC cars but raced 2wd + 4wd 1/10th electric quite a bit a few years ago. The only thing that stopped me racing was the performance of batteries, and all the constant charging etc, Hence my choice to move to IC 1/8th. All advice welcome. It may well be best to start off with the 8R kit and the os V spec, all I wanted to know is can I upgrade in one move with a new kit of parts to bring the 8R up to spec with the TQ. cheers Dave |

490, what is your set-up that you have to dial it out with? I have not seen mine where you need less...... I love this car, just a couple of issues still yet. |
