iosman, Download the That book will answer pretty much any setup question you might have. It's essential IMHO. But generally speaking, a higher downstop value, (less arm droop) is better on smoother tracks with medium to high traction. You can also fine tune on-power and off-power steering with downstops. For example, having slightly less droop in the front can help with on-power steering as it limits rearward weight transfer which keeps a bit more weight over the front tires. Like all other adjustments, you have to try it and see if you like the result. So many adjustments so little time! Regards, Speed Metal |
