XRAY - Model racing cars

Hello everyone,,
I am trying to find out what parts i need to convert my ebuggy to a etruggy?? if it is even possible to use XT9 parts to make a XT9e from a XB9e.
What i can see is that the suspension arms, drive shafts, turnbuckles, Steering blocks and the rear uprights are different parts from the XB9e from the XT9.Are shocks the same?? and the shock towers?? or what parts are relay necessary to change?
Sorry if this question have bin asked before but i did try and search/google but did find anything
I need all help i can get.
