screw head messed up

Hello ,
I was mounting the front differential and the screw head was damaged. no way to get it back :evil:

... do I have to drill 2 mm? and try to remove it with an extractor …

Do you have any advice to give me for the extractor to use? and do you make a set of screws?

hello guys,

i've just use a dremel to use flat head screwdriver
but now , i 've to buy some more screw

replace these with m3 cap head screws. the 2.5mm head ensures no stripping.
infact i dont know why xray dont change these as standard, the M3 buttons heads in this area are awful for stripping
