XRAY - Model racing cars

hey guys!

new on this forum,my question is why should i buy a xray xb8??

don't shoot me!!

It is probably the most adjustable car on the market. If you know what you are doing or are willing to invest the time to learn how to setup this car it is a very fast ride. I got mine last year for xmas and couldn't be anymore happy with the performance.

Fast
And most important.......different from the rest.

This buggy requires alot of attention to set-up and detail. But getting that perfect set-up makes the XB8 unbelievable! You won't regret it.

I am new to this forum too but I already know the Xray XB8 is the way to go.

I been in this hobby for over a year and ever since I saw the xb8 I had to get one. The lack of money kept me from getting one then, and as of right now I am paying one off; half way there hope by this next week I will have it paid off so I can get it.

Lot of people at my local RC store has the xb8 and barely have any problems with them, that is why I am getting one yes the xb8 does cost a lot to get and to buy all the items u need to get it going but it is worth the money to me. ( Even so my wife is not happy with the price but it is my toy not hers )

The only complaints I hear from them are their frames going weak but of course these guys do a lot of racing after time parts on them will start breaking down and I know these guys take realy great care of there xb8's. No matter what u get something will break.

I haven't run a xb8 yet but after watching them they are the must have for this hubby and yes there is a lot of different buggies out there but the xb8 would be the best one to get.

I been running a RD Logics Sho for a while now and had to upgrade the shocks to XB8 shocks and that help the buggy out a bit but i have to upgrade to the best which would be the one choice u should make too ( pitbull2c ) is the Xray xb8, but that is up to u.

Its never too late to start this hobby. I have been racing for one year now and I am 24 year old also. If you have any other questions Ill help as much as can!

I agree with Nate completely. I raced a lot as a teen in the NY NJ area and did mostly slot car racing up until I turned 17. My lone off road RC trophy was from the "dustbowl" which was a track at the Dragstrip in Englishtown NJ. Now 20 years later I have returned and started racing Nitro instead of the electric buggies I raced as a kid. I'd never even seen an 1/8th scale buggy run until last January. If I can do this so can you.
If you need some help I'll be glad to tell you anything I know.
Racing is a lot of fun mostly because you meet a lot of great people at the track. The best part is that most of them are actually willing to help you if you let them.
Go check out the websites for the other cars you are considering. I doubt you will find as many resources on their sites as you will find here.
