What's up guys. I'm having a real hard time trying to figure out why my new engine is so hard to turn over. Even turning the flywheel by hand with the glow plug out, is fricken hard. Mystarterbox on a full charged g cell cant turn it over. I took out the engine and tried lining it up on the starterbox and it did turn it over with out a glow plug. When I put the glowplug back on, it doesnt. And ideas why. by the book, engine nut is tight. clutche, and clutchbell are on fine??????? I'm stumped. |

yeah you will need to heat it up to around 200 degrees and then it will fire up. |

That is how a brand new Novarossi or any other top quality engine should be... You will need the heat gun at least for the first 3-5 tanks... (a novarossi will take you almost a gallon of fuel to be fully broken in) |

yea i had a rb that would get stuck in the pinch at 1.5 gallons, had to pry it with a screwdriver. it will be tough for the firts gallon. def use a heat gun!!! |

yup... My EB P5X has about 1/2 a gallon on its and its super tight... even when I heat it up to 240 my starter box still struggles. Best engine for torque! |
