hi mate,
if you have put locktight on plastic you might have ruined the threads in the plastic,if you have tried to undo them and they wont come out,use a star shaped tool i cant remember what they are called its like an alen key but its star shaped not 50pence shaped, use the one that the tips of the stars dont quite fit in the head of the screw, use a hammer to tap it so it fits in if you have to hit it hard its to big, once you find the right size it will tap in,this is the best way to get them out, good luck
the ones on the stearing are a bit more compicated, put two alenkeys on one on the top and one on the bottom, tern them in opersite directions and see which one comes undone, its usualy the small ones,if they do you can now take all the front end off just leaving the the long metal posts that the stearing turns on,now get a 0.5 drill bit and drill a hole all the way through the large screw get a pair of pliyers and a star shapped thing ready before you start because its the heat from the drilling that melts the glue,
i hope you get it sorted even if its not quite this way,you might find a different way,if so let us know,
