yes silicone oil seems to evaporate ! I had a spare diff with 1000 in it after 6 months not using it, I opened it : no oil in it and no sign of oil leaks in the little box it was in either....? lighter oils must have more water in it or what ? so it's important to use the best oils you can find.. if I hadn't said that , I could try to find some light, real car, oil with grafith composites in it, that fits our purposes but would that be wise ? can it be used, aren't the o-rings affected ? it could grease better, than silicone , no ? |

aland did you try a 2,4 rear rollbar yet it will give you a more forgiving rear |
