I'm using the Mugen starter box. Small and light, plus has plenty of power to turn over even the newest of engines. It has a latch to pop open the box to get at the batteries no screwdriver required. Best of all the Xray works perfect on it. Very easy to line up. I never even moved the alignment pins from where they were for the MBX5. This is the best box out for this car IMO. |

RCsavage is 100% right . The Mugen starter box is by far the best starter box on the market. So far I have converted at least 4 people to this box after they try mine. Mine has broken in at least 7 engines now in the last 6 months with absolutely no problems. The Quality of this box is why everyone should have one. Luxury Car and Luxury Starter Box. |

I'm using the Thundertiger box and it works flawlessly with my XB8, it fits nice and snug. I also used it to break in my WS7II, no problems there either. I like the fact that it's compact and has a single high torque motor. |
