Hi guys! I am thinking about weight balance of my XB8 2016 and less rear traction and I have one question for you... What is your orientation of plastic battery plate? First battery and then ESC or opposite direction? In my case, I have first battery-ESC.. My car suffers less rear traction and hits to chassis in the front (almost stock setup). I know, I can do a lot of chassis settings changes...BUT.. Our best driver on the track has opposite setup - first ESC and then battery as well as Ty Tessman.. So maybe I could lighten the front and achieve better rear traction only with one change! Does it make a sense? What do you prefer? Thanks a lot for your advice and opinion! ![]() |

Hello I make back to back test with switching sides. First i start with battery in front and speedo in rear. It seems it has to much weight in front. So efect is more loose rear. I think good for small indoor tracks. Then i test speed control in front and battery in rear. IT has tone of traction. Better jump also because front is more light. I prefer except indoor tracks speed control in front. |
