Post subject: | Xb8e drive shaft boot not easy to install |
Any easy way to insert the drive shaft boots ? The end of the drive shaft has the cross pin the so big that the boot won't isert upon it . If it's all sbout removing the drive shaft pin first then iserting the boot , i'm not sure if the pin will be fitted back and not fall because it's placed by the factory . Any help how to place the boot easily appreciated . |

Do not remove the drive shaft pin. You need to strech the boot just enough to slip the pin through the hole in the boot. |

The way i do it.. put the boot, over one half of the pin. through the smaller hole. then stretch that hole over the other half, and viola.. good to go.. no need for hair drier.. or sun.. |
