Just increase your shock oil thickness for a heavier electric car. Use 1 shade stiffer springs IE: 3 stripe on electric and 2 stripe on nitro.
Pay more attention to the patterns you see in those pro setups. Write down track conditions when you see them switch to a certain hinge pin setup etc. You'll see a pattern to the starting setups and race setups. Try to figure out exactly why they set the car the way they did. Don't just blindly copy setups. Never learn anything that way.
IMO, the only confusing setup is adjusting roll center with the hinge positions up,down/in,out. They need to spell that out a bit better.
FYI: The pro setups at big events might be useless to you. Blue/black groove setups are useless at a loose dusty club level track.
