Isn't it easier to just say send us your new unused chassis without the 5th hole and we will send you a new one with the 5th hole and we will sell the one you sent us. Thats what they are getting at thats why it must be unused.

Excatly. THey give you a finished one then put yours in the the milling machine repackage it and sell it again. |
