We have had absolutely zero problems with this...!? You might want to make certain that the o-ring is seated proporly around the axle in the diff house and diff gear. That could be one area, the oring will propobly be destroid then when you push the big washer on the axle etc. How thin oil are U using? The team guys now days seem to like thicker oil (3-5000) in the rear diff but then we can get "problems" with not enough lube for the axles as the thick oil seem not to can get past the washer and/or oring (the oposite of your problems). Most team guys are using some sort of high-temp synthetic grease on the outdrive axles when assembling the diffs to make shure the axles are lubed well. We do that on all 3 diffs just to make shure they all are lubed ok. |
