Doesn't the kit already have Hexheads. I know there six sided what comes with the kit. I believe thats a hex head. It already has them. |

Its a proven fact, that most racers use alloys. It has been stated by Gene H and David Joor, that in there expeirince the stainless screws seem to strip much easier than alloy screws. You have to be careful when using treadlock on a countersunk screw, becuase usually it pushes to the top of the screw and loctites the head onto the application, instead of the the threads. Thats the reason you are stripping the countersunk schassis screws. |
