Second Race National Championship of Venezuela de Off Road For this race we had the participation of 39 pilots and 2 Pilots of the USA invited special like Bobby Moore Mugen pilot, CMB, Panther, Maxys fuel and George Velazco Maxys Pilot Fuel, was a weekend with much heat the temperature of the ambient one was of 44 degrees Celsius and we obtained setup very good for the XB-8 with which we gained the semifinal of 30 minutes and guaranteed the passage to the Great end of first, the XB-8 and the motor MEGA behaved very well in the semifinal but we noticed that the track I degrade much and for that reason we had to raise to the height of the chassis a little, setup which we used for the Great End is not traditional so that the track was Bumpy and of low traction, setup that we used was the following one: The final one was of 45 minutes but it was changed to 30 minutes by retardation of the event, we had good setup and the motor was working very well, in the exit we managed to save a little the squad and later we had returns fighting with the Venezuelan pilot Miguel Villalobos and the Pilot of the USA Bobby Moore, but in the end the results were the following ones: Positión N° Name Laps Total Time / best laps 1 1 Renato Tradardi 50 30:31.530 31.928 1 - 2 6 Bobby Moore 49 30:10.951 --1 laps-- 31.528 20 - 3 5 Miguel Villalobos 46 30:30.757 --4 laps-- 31.749 4 - 4 9 Vito Binaggia 45 30:37.117 --5 laps-- 35.396 9 - 5 8 Ricardo Dorta 45 30:37.420 --5 laps-- 33.524 15 - 6 3 Adalberto Tiberini 44 30:19.935 --6 Vueltas--33.566 32 - 7 2 George velasco 33 29:18.520 --17 Vueltas-- 32.882 4 - 8 4 Jacobo Taurel 16 12:21.494 --34 Vueltas-- 33.924 11 - 9 7 Gionalt La verde 16 15:15.158 2:53.664 33.390 3 - 10 10 Daniel Ferreira 16 30:47.475 18:25.981 33.331 5 - |

That`s a very nice result:) What`s up with the droop adjustment, seems very strange to me... How do you feel the new grip tires is working? what kind of surface does it work best on?? |

Post subject: | Hello Sturla |
Hello Sturla Thanks for your answer, the adjustment of the Droop is so that the track does not have great jumps, in addition in the corner applied to him in the concrete surface (cement) which produced a good traction, of I throw the XB-8 was very fast in the calcifications and in the end he was not so fast, so that the track deterioration (Bumpy Track/Big Holes), I am sure much that she needed to change the Droop for the Final Race, but really the result was good for us ![]() The New Tires GRP with mark ELLEGI, has sent to the market the new denominated design M08 GRIP, this rubber of high technology, has been developed in a totally new compound and innovating design, offering this way a greater durability, stability and excellent traction, the same one is is two different compounds (soft & medium), in mouth of several international pilots and national, we can say that it is a rubber that fills any expectation satisfactorily I recommend model EMW08B ![]() I recommend model EMW08A ![]() We have used model EMW08B and in two races with a end of 30 minutes and another end of 1 hour without problems. but the pictures look like there is as many lefts as rights and yes i can understand the oval effect of camber .................unless he has a specific camber settings for a particular corner which is best for this effect of camber and it doesnt really effect on the rest of the corners so its a faster car than the rest on that corner .......hhmmmm... not sure ![]() |

Hello Bart Boy Please remembers that each setup is customized in the style of handling of each pilot, but the track have more Fast corner to left (it is for that reason which we used more to camber to the right wheel) and we obtained very good setup ![]() Greetings Renato A. Tradardi |
