This may be a dumb question but which way are the progressive spring supposed to he installed on the shocks? Stripes in caps? Or stripes up toward tower? |

I'm not really sure there is a certain way but I instal them with the stripes upward so I can easlily look back to see what I have on my car if I need. |

I'm wondering the same... Are the springs progressive from the center or from one side to the other? In the first case the way shouldn't matter but in the second case it does |

Hi, with the springs being symmetric from both ends, it shouldn't matter. I do it the same, stripes upward. Greetings Sven |

They nearly are Still, it does not matter: If you start to compress the springs, they will first compress on their softest part, after compressing some more, and therefore put more energy on the spring, the more stiffer parts of the spring will start to move. It does not matter whether they are top or down of the shock as this is a linear movement. Greetings Sven |
