 Post subject: Long Progressive Springs on shock - ride height problem

I have just finished building my shocks with the new long progressive springs, i have a problem setting my ride height on the rear of the car. I have adjusted the spring collars right up under the shock cap, but my ride height will only get to 36mm. How do i get it to be any lower??

Take the springs out and compress them fully in your hand. Then it will settle and be a bit shorter. After that it'll remain the same length.
