Post subject:  Composite bushings problem

During 2-hours race yesterday I had my front lower arm holder bushing flattened 2 times. I use alu arm holders with inner plastic bushings. I do not think that their normal mileage is 1-hour race. All connections tightened, setup is good, no arms lifting. I need some help

Maybe it will be helpful... Model is XT8 2009 + Orion CRF Alpha .24. Both times it was left bushing. Most of the hard turns on our track are right.

REVOlution,
Can you post some pictures? That would help a great deal! I've never had any issues with the plastic eccentric holders under normal use so I'd be interested to see what's going on.

Regards,

Speed Metal

Unfortunately I can't... didn't save them for future generations... They looked like plastic bushings :) destroyed from inner axle hole. Looks like plastic was spreaded by lifting axle but axle does not lift at all... neither forward not side beat.
I better speak Russian, so do not expect true English from me...
