hey Thanks for the thorough answer i sure that i do the car to electric. but i want put on it mamba 2200kv so maybe i will take the convertion kit from rcmonster. can you help me find the manual instruction to build this car? (the car is already finish a lot time ago i just want that). in the site of xray i am not found the complete guide , just the parts list and guide not complete. are you sure the some parts of xt8 are shared whit the xb8? xt8 is truggy and xb8 is buggy no? many thanks |

i am racing and bashing, but most i am racing... almost not use the buggy for bashing (for bashing i have a truggy rc8T) we have not a lot for racing... you are think 1700KV will be more good for the buggy if i racing? the 2200kv it's very very strong (i have it on the truggy ) btw there is at all 1700KV of castle? According to their website they have only 1600 or 1800 of this term. thsnks |

Hi l will steal this tread little bit . Im new to forum and l searched everywhere but no answer . l have little problem.l converted my old XB8TQ to electric but l cant find correct settings especially with shocks . The car weights 4060g and drives really bad on track . lt hits bottom on small jumps , if l raise ride height to maximum it still bottoms and feels like gum . Also the rear end spins quickly , the local track is tehnical with 2 big jumps and ground is dusty/slippery . what would be the best setup , shock oil and pistons , l also have spare 808 big bore shocks but rear shocks are shorter . l really hope l will find the right answer Regards , Marko |

Hi I tried with original EC or TQ shocks with smaller piston holes and 500cst oil and it drives perfect if compared with previous setup. I also bought 808 6 hole pistons and 600 cst oil and progrresive springs, will try that setup in future. Oh, l also changed diff oil 3000F,5000C,2000R. Thanks for help |

Update Now l finally managed the car to drive good with one problem . When l brake rear end just slides sideways (3.000 , 5.000 , 2.000 ) Should l try stiffer oil in diffs ? And what E body fits to XB8 ? thanks |
