Post subject: | one part missing in XB808 kit... |
Hi there, new to this forum, and new-ish to RC buggies... at least when racing them is concerned. I recently bought a 2011 spec kit from Amain, and it arrived on the 20th of April. Immediately started building - and then I found out that there was a part missing... nothing bad, but it is rather crucial .... Missing part was one of the 6.8mm ball studs used on the steering plate links. Part number 352652. The bag was supposed to contain 4 ball studs, and in my case only had three... I did however find a malformed piece of metal (looks like a very roughly made bush - similar to part 352576 from the same parts bag). This was all out of parts bag #07. Any ideas as to what I can do / who i can contact to resolve this? I got a race in 2 weeks and need the buggy run in and battle-ready, since my GS died... (and parts were always a problem - hence the move to the Xray 808... ) Thanks..... |

You should contact the hobby shop where you purchased the kit and they will let you know all details how to proceed. XRAY was out of office because in Slovakia were Easter holidays, I am sure you will get answer from them today. |
