bent rear drive shaft xb808

Just built an xb808 09 spec and 45 minutes into the first days use came down from a jump and the rear drive shaft bent like a U. It was bent soo severe that it wouldn't even come close to clearing my motor mount. I never had this happen to any other buggy I run ever. Anyone run into this issue? Do they make a heavier duty drive shaft. I know the chassis has some nice flex but isn't that shaft supposed to flex a bit with it?

It is not usual for this to happen . Was the rear brace tight ?

i have done this once in 3 years driving this car and on that day i had rebuilt the car and forgot to bolt on the rear brace to the shock tower. The track had a brutal double that i hit wrong a few times and the drive shaft bent. finished the race though as usual.

Everything was tight and secure. I'm pretty meticulous with my maintenance and rebuilds.

i had that to front and rear drive shaft bent after my 808 hit full speed a tree

damn tree he move to left in last sec damn i wis thy stay at sime spot al time and dont move to left and right when my car comes
