What starter box are you guys using that will work on both vehicles and how did you set it up? I've got the AE starter box setup for my XT8 and have an 808 on the way. I hope I can make it work for both. |

Unless you get really creative and make some pivoting holders, the only way to use the same box for both is if you put a 'lip' of some kind in above the wheel, which will key into the chassis hole for the flywheel. (This only works on a flat-top box, which the AE box isn't.) |

Well, I guess that's a good excuse to go ahead and buy the Hudy starter box once I get the money. |

The new HUDY off-road starter box #104400 works for both buggy and truggy. |

Havent tryed the Hudy one as yet but i run the Blue OfnA box with two lids and i have knotched the lids out so its just a matter of slipping one lid on and off. Mated to a 4cell lipo and we can bump start all weekend with out fail.... |
