Hey, I have an 808 converted to brushless. What if any '10 upgrades should I be looking at picking up from ebay chop shops? |

Looking at an exploded view it looks like I'll need 13x19x4 and 8x14x4 bearings. Guy at the track running pro buggy suggested the Avid bearings. Am I missing a size? These two sizes should do all the bearings I need right? |

2010 bulk heads and the new 3 bearing setup is the way to go |

I run the original bulkheads with the bearing spacer. I have never had a failure. AND I am still on my original pinions after over 2 years of racing. Why would I change? IMO I would only get the chassis and radio tray. The 09' rear shaft a hitch shorter. I prefer this as it gives a little extra protection from chassis flex. I bent my '10 in one race day. Prolly a fluke. I put in the 09 and it fine. |

Well the chassis it like $100 or so. I was looking at like shocks and towers and stuff. I'm just doing club races for the moment. Don't think I can put the radio tray on with my brushless conversion. |

If you are brushless then just get the chassis. Everything also is same as 09 spec. |

No you do not need to get new center shafts. The Rear on the '10 spec is 2mm longer due to the 2mm longer chassis. I personally prefer the shorter rear for chassis flex. But Either will work. |

Well I can tell you that you are fine with either rear shaft. I wouldn't think the new chassis would flex any more than the older ones. It's only 2mm longer. Could be wrong though. If you are Nitro you HAVE to get the radio tray to go with the chassis. With E conversion it's not necessary. I honestly think the 09 version bulkheads are the best ones. A larger bearing equals highr rpm which will naturally lead to earlier failure. Either way on drive shafts you are okay. |

Well I guess I'll wait till something breaks then. I'm only racing club level at the moment. Thanks for the help. |
