I know you said you have tried everything, but what exactly?

Have you tried fresh orings? Maybe another bag is needed?

What kind of lube or grease do you put on the o-ring?

For 2 years ago i had the same problems i`ve get a new bag of o-rings from another country and the problem was gone. The new o-rings (the new bag) are softer and a bit thicker.

When you put your o-ring in thinner (for paint), Tolueen makes the o-ring swell. Put an o-ring in thinner for 0.5 hour and see what you get, it`s thicker, bigger and softer. I don`t like it this way because you never no exactly what measuring you get but it can help you.

succes

Get a pack of these. They will fix ya up. I had one of those mystery leaks that seemed to come and go. These solved the problem. Just ever so slightly thicker than the stock xray oring. Now I just use these in all of my diffs straight out of the box. Never had another issue.
