I'm not really sure what you are asking as far as the numeric values of the gauges read. But, it is very hard to get a universal setting on droop as many people will read and use the gauges differently, or maybe not even use them at all.
How to use the gauges and setup sheets should be somewhat of a starting point. First, you need to find a credible setup sheet with additional information in the 'Comments' section of the setup sheet (look at mine for an example).
I, and some others, use the shock length to translate droop values, once you set the droop using shock lengths, you can then use the blocks (or wheels for truggies) and the droop gauge to find which values on the droop blocks equate to different shock lengths and continue tuning from there.
