Does the XRAY XT8 Kit 009 kit come with wheels & tires? the instructions I downloaded say yes but the web site says no
any body know?

No, the 09 kit doesn't come with wheels and tires.
From what I've heard, the older kit did come with tires, but they weren't that good anyway.
