The plastic seal at the bottom of the shock stops any shaft contact with the ally shock cap, very nice.

i like the buggy as is really..but the truck really the only thing it needs is the captured cvd's in the bearings, or either universals..and i would like to see a better looking body.

The off road sutup book they have now pretty much explains that kind of stuff in fairly good detail. It even gives examples like turn entry or turn exit,better for rough tracks or smooth & high traction situations & low.

Is there other specifics your looking for? Brens thread may help you out there or my faorite & play day at the track with time for changing setup,theres no teacher as good as experience.

How about some counter sunk screws with washers to mount the engine mounts to the chassis underneath.Or some better screws harder ones as the stock ones do seem to have soft heads.

I would like to see the screw holding the bottom shock in place replaced with a pin and lock nut at the other end as these always keep coming out, working there way loose.

They will not ever come loose if you use the counter-threaded silver screw that comes with the kit on the front right and left rear. Never!
(Edit: Oops I had it wrong l/r ;-D )
