I measured from the table to my front bumper with a tape measure so not 100% accurate but in the region.

I'm going to strip the front and rear shocks and rebuild with up'd oil in the rear (thanks Denz) ~ I mainly run on rough ground but am at the Nova winter series this weekend, going to check for binding anywhere too.

I am running a rear skid plate...hard to get hold of in the UK at the moment as not many want to import with the current rate.

I'll let you know how I get on...

EDIT: Tricksy, where you race mate? I know of no tracks in East London, Fairlop is the closest?
