what is this nosram motor never heard of it

question..... what do i got to do to get a max power 5 port to run good couple guys at the track don't get any run time and believe there stock p5 is a better motor . I picked one up nib for 250 dollars what pipe what plug what venturi

When the Max powers are new, they are SUPER TIGHT !!!! :!:

and run hot for the first couple gallons, and will not get good runtime. But once they breakin, they are VERY powerful, and get great runtime. It just needs a bunch of fuel throguh it before you will see its potential.

i have seen the lrp version which i asume to be the same ,they go ok but mid to top end they suffer compared to rb os picco a ws72 will take 2 or 3 lengths out of it on a good straight

did you find out why your driveshaft popped out on Sunday yet? was there anything bent or broken as its definitely a strange thing to happen bearing in mind how far they sit inside the cups :?:

your car looked really good at the weekend, is it worth fitting the white springs for the 9th of Oct?

my driveshafts have popped out upon hard landings also. Thats why they came out with the long outdrives. they work good, and shouldn't be left out if running the soft arms. Just looking to help.

Probably just because I was running the soft wishbones without the long drive cups. There was nothing broken or bent. What was strange was that it happened on the bumps exiting the pitlane, not on one of the jumps... The final round I went out of the pitlane so slowly to ensure it didn't happen again, that the driver behind drove straight into the back of me and shoved me off the track... :lol:

If you want a good setup for Slough (or Sandy or Swindon) then just look at mine in the setup section. The white springs do make a huge difference on slippery/bumpy tracks as do the conical pistons.
