XRAY - Model racing cars

That is not a true truggy though as that thing weighs 11.5 lbs. They will have one based on the eight coming soon though that will be a real truggy.

I have a LST2 and love it, but it really cannot compare to the quality of the Xray.

so Far I already buy 2 truggy - CRT & Kyosho ....but I still hope to buy one more truggy which issued by XRAY .... I still can't forget how good when I build up my XB8 and compare to those Hn & kyosho stuff...

I don't think it is a hard project for xray to issue a new truggy which based on XB8 .... also can not think how hard it is .... PLEASE make it fast and hopefully to see a proto or beta version XRAY truggy before Christmas in 2006...

That what's a BIG GIFT for all XRAY FANS... please don't disapointed us ... I hope XRAY will not the last one to issue a truggy car.........

The Mugen Truggy is just now being released to the public. I believe more time is needed before xray makes a decision. You dont want to release something when there is a brand new model on its way to the dealers.

So far 3 major manuf have released a truggy. Ofna, Kyosho, Mugen. ( correction: Ofna is just an importer)

If Xray waitied to release a truggy at the very last second of the truggy wars,,I would still buy one!!

And the biggest company out of all of them, the TTR ST1. Which is pretty good. The three truggies that I have seen are the STR, ST1 and the CRT. So far the CRT is the more impressive one to me. If XRay does indeed make the truggy, I will probably be into it in a half a heart beat.

LSP is probably the first real production truggy I do believe.

Actually if you go as far back, the Ofna Dominator and Pirate had a truggy platform as well as the XTM Mammoth. But going back to an Xray truggy, with the Mugen truggy out I'm pretty sure Xray is starting to size up the competition now . . hope it does well cuz either way I'm getting me one!

and being I just left GS Racing... don't forget the SUT. the CE is actually very nice except it needs a chassis brace added like the jammin. I blew a center to rear cvd which shredded the dif because of a hard landing. the new truggy they have is coming soon too based on the cl-1

xray, look at the big arse bearings in the CL-1 that captures the cvd pins and please incorporate that to our new truggy. those bearings are massive and last forever. the cl-1 was by far a better platform than the sut.

I drove for TTR before that and am glad to be out tbh. the production models had those crap hockey stick steering ends that would break if you hit a blade of grass wrong.

I was watching the Heltoes (sp?) conversion today and it was working well.

Sooner or later

truggy would be nice but xray needs to turn some more attention towards there market in the us with the xb8 before design a truggy which is most popular here.....

I'm thinking right at the end of next winter / beginning of spring. plenty of time to test and design and make sure the suspension math is correct.
