XRAY - Model racing cars

(I apologise in advance if this is a stupid question)

I know the active diff is for the front, but what about running one in the centre too?

I only ask as I can't see a specific centre-active diff on Xrays website and wonder if there would be any benefit?

If so could you just use the front active diff with the standard diffs spur gear?

it is possible to moddify the active diff but it is lagrer so you also have to modiffy the diff blocks ( mill them out 5 mm)
and you need to fill up the gap ....
With the active diff in the center you will have a lot more power on your wheels but on platic grass it will be to hard to control i think it will work in sytuations where you have lose ground.

I think the opposite. On loose ground more power will go to the rear and the car will be much more lively and possibly spin out.
On blue groove, grass or astro turf it would make more sense if at all.

okey so it is possible but it has no use because the power will go to mutch to the rear of the car ( also an plastic grass.
