I made some shock socks and a skid plate that should serve valuable to saving my shocks and chassis. The skid plate is aluminum just like the ones they are selling on Amain for the other brands of buggy.

I am going to order some 4x16mm screws which will be just a tad longer then the stock 4x12mm and those should grab enough of the bulkhead to offset the thickness of the skid plate. I dont think its necessary but it wont hurt so why not do it.

The shock socks work great last time out but havent tried the skid plate yet however I am sure it will help prolong my chassis atleast 3x with the rear not wearing before the rest of it.
