XRAY - Model racing cars

Hey guys, this is my first post here. Recently I've been trying to find a truggy or buggy that I can use in an electric conversion. I was looking at the Xray buggies and truck, but everythings so confusing, including the website.

First for the XB8, It seems like there is 3 versions, the R, TQ, and EC.
It seems like the R is the cheapest, so If I want to get the buggy, the R is the best, right? I dont plan on racing, just plain bashing.

Whats the cheapest place where I can find the XBR? So far the cheapest I found is 350 at A-Main Hobbies
