XRAY - Model racing cars

Im racing 13.5 with the T2 009, I use the foam bit above the bladder at the moment and normaly get above 50 % rebound, I dont try to achieve this thats just how the come out after I build them lol. I would like to know whould I be better off not using the foam bit and how much rebound some I use ?? Also what difference does rebound make and how do you know when to use more or less ?? Thanks for any advise

I'd recommend removing the foam and getting your shocks to near 0 rebound. you can use a small drill bit and drill behind the bladder.

I hope this does not seem like a stupid question, but assume you drill a hole in the plastic cap. how big of a hole? Do you then bleed the shock the same way from the bottom?
