If you have plastic shocks, open the bottom cap. If you have alu shocks, open the top cap. As David mentiond, you have to move the shock shaft slowly so you can see that oil is comming out. When you tight the cap again, clean the shock with motor spray and check rebound. I would suggest to start with 25% rebound and not 0% becuase after some racing time you will get 0% anyway and you can not feel the difference in the car performance |

Thanks. Yes there the plastic shocks. Should I open the bottom cap with the shock upside down ? Do I then push the shaft in leaving about 25% showing before tightening the bottom cap again ? |

no need to have shock upside down. correct 25% and then close the bottom cap |
