Hi, I mount my speedo in this position as I like the layout like this. I think the advantage to mounting the speedo in the same way like the manual is that it may be easier to get the car balanced perfectly at 1350g as you can move the speedo more into the centre of the car. However, I find my car is balanced with my configuration and it is just my preference to mount it in this way. I spose it just depends on how you feel comfortable mounting your equiptment but I think there is no performance difference Hope this helps Elliott |

Although not on the T3 (I have a 009) I tried rotating my Nosram ESC and flipping the belts on a 009 to move the ESC further under the top deck, the same as it is in the manual for the T3. I discovered that the weight of the wires and capacitor more than cancelled out turning around the ESC. Skiddins |

Cheers Eillott, I've swapped it round as it's much safer for club racing. Also strangly enough it mean's I can loose another 10g off the lipo... |

Hi Elliott, What would be the best weight for the T3 (1350 g?) ? They say in the instruction manual to add 30 grammes with lipos but the question is : with which lipos ? Lipos have different weights themselves... Bruno |
