My wet car is setup the same as my normal car, only it has wet tyres. I run brushless in my wet car and i use blue-tac on the esc, reciever and motor and run 6 cells with duck tape down both sides of the pack to stop them shorting out, As for the esc i put the blue-tac over any openings and cover all bear connections, i use the same method on my reciever and the motor i cover the sensor connection and the A,B and C connection. I use a cheap brushless speedo (nosram evil) i allows use wet trays which you can buy or make (big ice cream tubes) some trays on the market still allow water to get in some make sure its good (cheap is not always the best) The other way is brushed as you can a get 100% waterproof esc and brushed motor sparyed with WD-40 can take the water all thats left is reciever to waterproof, Ballon works well |

Brushed is easier; But brushless is faster but requires more effort; |
