I'm told by my club members the front diff is better for beginner and more forgiving. |

I agree with Yellowshark, i learnt to drive with a diff in my 006, after about 12 months once i'd got to a stage where i couldn't improve and understood turning, corner entry etc...etc and then started to use a spool which took about 4 weeks to get use to. People say its better to use a spool but IMO it takes skill/experience to master a spool. I know afew racers who have been racing for some years and still use a diff as they cant get on with a spool. Guess you need to try both and see which suits you, Your car will be easier to drive with a diff |
