Has anyone who's converted to the forward postion found that their front belt seems to have a lot of tension.?Even when in the loosest setting.

Yes, I've used the eccentric bearing holders P/N 302077.
This actually makes the belts a fraction too loose, but I can live that better than too tight.

the belt will become softer after few batteries. It does not have any negative effect on the car performance.

What should we expect from the car regarding after this installation?

At the sheet that came with it, says that it is recommended for low traction tracks and tracks with long sweepers (definitely like the tracks I run ), so what is the theory behind it?

it moves the motor forward, hence more weight on the front which usually results in more front grip.

After struggling at the weekend at my local club with rear grip and balance I changed the forward motor conversion back to standard between the first two finals and found the car was far better balanced.

I changed the spur so the gear ratio was almost identical and then noticed that the pickup out of corners was far worse.

Sadly I never got to test my next attempt at gearing as the rain came down.
I was surprised at how much difference the simple change in pulley size made.

On low to medium grip tracks the conversion doesn't seem to make the car any better, though another guy who runs 13.5 (I urun 10.5) thinks his car now seems better.
