I am currently organising a Mirage Backed Irish Gp for 2009, Since Mirage is the main Xray distributor i thought i would let you all know of what is happening.

Dates
July 3rd-4th-5th 2009
Format
Friday 3rd - Open Practice from 9 o'clock - Sun down with BBQ
Saturday 4th - Pro-stock Championship 4 Qualifying 3 finals
Sunday 5th - Open Mod as per BRCA
LRP VETC 27's control tire, there will be a maximum 2 sets per driver per class
Pitting
For anyone Travelling over and do not want to carry generators, gazebo's ect ect or to those flying over. I am providing a large Marquee with tables, chairs a rented generator providing the power.

Format
Friday 3rd July 2009 - Open Practice
Friday 3rd is an open practice day for anyone travelling from oversea's or for anybody who wants some pre event practice, Pro-stock / Open Modified will run in alternate half hours with a 5minute break in between to allow the track layout to be changed. 1 Set of Control tires max per driver althoughg if more are available they can be purchased.
Saturday 4th July 2009 - Pro Stock
Saturday 4th see's the event kick off with the Pro-stock Championship, The day will consist of 1 hours free practice followed by 1 round of Superpole, Then 4 rounds of Qualifying and 2 leg finals for all.
Rules
Weight Limit - 1500g
Motors / Batterys - BRCA 2009 approved list
Shells - BRCA Approved list, Wing chord dimensions and Ride hieght will all be checked on the day
Control Tire - VETC 27's ( available trackside) Preglued tire. Maximum 2 sets per driver per class.
Sunday 5th July 2009 - Open Modified
Sunday the 5th see's the Open modified event kick off with most drivers being seeded from there Pro-Stock result. Exeptions can be made on the day. The day will consist of 1 hours free practice followed by 4 rounds of Qualifying and 2leg finals for all.

Weight Limit - 1500g for Lipo/6cell
- 1450g for 5cell open
Motors / Batterys - BRCA 2009 approved list
Lipo / 6 cell - 6.5turn brushless motor limit
5cell - Open Motor Limit
Shells - BRCA Approved list, Wing chord dimensions and Ride hieght will all be checked on the day
Control Tire - VETC 27's ( available trackside) Preglued tire. Maximum 2 sets per driver per class.
Sunday 5th July 2009 - 12th scale Pro-Stock support class

Drumaheglis Marina And Caravan Park Located Minutes from the track.
There are also a large number of holiday homes located around the ballymoney area that can sleep up to 8 at a fairly good price.

Throughout the Racing weekend there will be On site tuck shop, BBQ. As well as a concours Competition sponsored by
