I have no idea what torque rating you were trying to give for your steering servo, but transit speed is much more important if you want faster steering. For example, on my T1FK'05 I have a KO Propo steering servo, 65oz/in. torque, .08sec/60* speed @ 6V, very reactive. My friend has an identical car with identical setup, and it was nowhere near as reactive as mine until he put on a faster servo. |

I upgraded my servo from a Spektrum DS821 to a Futaba 9551 on my T2'008. The speed difference is very noticeable. It makes the car much more reactive, and direction changes through chicanes much quicker. I have a video comparison between the two at: Roy... |
