What is the proper way to weight balance a T2 Foam tire car with 4 scales?

all 4 scales must be EXACTLY the same height, measure this. And must be done on a completely flat surface.

It's more to sort out tweak of the car instead of sort out the balance.

But don't worry if they read +/- 20Grams, you won't notice 10grams on the track!

how does static balance on a chassis effect chassis tweak. If anything weight distribution around the car is just compromised?

ideally you want side side weights equal using the sum of your two FL RL wheel scales together and making those the same on the Right side. Or use a hudy balance tool that fixes into the centreline of the car into the dimples and this gives a similar effect.

then for front to rear you use the sum of your front two wheels and then the sum of your rear wheel you can then calculate the the front weight distribution 40Rear/ 60% Front etc (sum of FL FR for example dividing it by total weight x100)

with scales you gotta be careful make sure your Front left to right and rear left to right preloads are the same all round the car and ride height and tyre diameter is consistent round all four sides. As this could mess up readings and you might get 'crossweight' which could result in a inconsistent car for circuit racing. The margins of 5g 10g out here and there, can make a difference especially front to rear (for me anyway) even putting 10g more on the back (two 5g pieces on each rear corner) made my cars rear end feel more planted around all stages of the corner. Just what Ive found anyway, Im not a team driver so what do I know...
