At practice every 3-5 runs. At race every 1-2 runs. Also depends on how old the diff is and how much grease is used. A new diff with a lot of grease will stay smooth for longer than a diff with old balls/rings. |

i think that the standard level driver needs to rebuild the diff when the diff starts to click. If the diff works smooth, there is no point to rebuild it. For example, when I am at the big race, I do my diff after two runs. Not becauase it is clicking but because when you rebuild it, the car has little more traction. But when I am driving locally, I rebuild the diff when it starts to click, usually it is after five races (50 runs). |

mbhken, I put the grease only diff washers and only from the side where diff balls are. It is good to put gentle film of the grease on the washers |
